The 40-Day Comfort Guarantee applies to beds only and must be a recommended bed as approved and confirmed by your salesperson in-store. Criteria to qualify for the Comfort Guarantee applies. Pick up, delivery, and restocking fees may apply.
The bed or mattress must be recommended by a The Bedroom Store staff member in-store.
An approved mattress protector must be purchased with the mattress and used with the mattress, on which the The Bedroom Store Comfort Guarantee has been offered.
The guarantee is void if the mattress shows any visible signs of abnormal wear, including but not limited to: stains, rips, unusual smells, or is in a condition where it cannot be resold. The guarantee and therefore exchange will also be void if the mattress is damaged.
The The Bedroom Store Comfort Guarantee will not be offered on beds bought for use as spare beds, or where the purchaser is not the prime user of the bed (the subjective assessment of comfort is not transferable).
Note : There is a $99 exchange fee to cover the delivery expenses and sanitation or disposal
of the returned mattress. Maximum delivery distance is 40 Km’s from your local store.
Longer deliveries will incur additional delivery expenses.
If the exchanged mattress is valued higher than original purchase, the difference is to be at the customer’s cost.
The price of the exchanged mattress will be the ticketed price in store at the time of the exchange.
This offer is limited to one exchange only and excludes special orders.
California King and Single sized beds are excluded from the guarantee. Note: King Single sized beds do qualify for the 40-day Comfort Guarantee.
The 40 Days Comfort Guarantee applies to mattresses and bases only. The following

• Customised Mattresses (change of fabric or custom size mattress)
• Floor Model’s
• Damaged mattress sold on clearance price
• Adjustable Foundations (electric beds)
